We do the register, and your landlordspay for it.
England’s new landlord register opens on 15 December 2026. We fill in your agency’s part for every home you manage, and a small register fee to your landlords pays us, so your agency keeps the difference and your team keeps its time.
What your agencykeeps.
Add a register fee to the fees you already publish. Each landlord pays it once, you pay us £20 a home out of it, and the rest is yours.

A worked example on your own figures. Our fee is £20 a home, with a minimum of £1,000. The hours are at 20 to 25 minutes a home, the time letting agents took when they tested the register (Kamma, 2026). What you charge your landlords is your decision.
You send a list, and we do the rest.
We work for letting agents in England, usually with between one hundred and a thousand homes, and a franchise can bring every branch under one agreement. Everything goes out in your agency’s name, so your landlords stay yours.
- 01
Your list
You send your homes and their certificate dates, and a free report shows which are ready and what the rest are missing. We never need your tenants’ details.
- 02
The work
We ask each landlord to register and name your agency, then fill in your part of every entry from the certificates you hold.
- 03
Your sign-off
You approve each batch before we submit it, because your agency answers for what goes in. After that we keep every entry correct as rents, tenants and certificates change.
Each region hasthree months.
The register opens one region a month from 15 December 2026, starting with the West Midlands. A landlord whose home is not registered in time can be fined up to £7,000 and loses most routes to possession.
Dates from the GOV.UK guidance for letting agents, published 29 October 2026. The register covers England only.

Your total is fixed in writing after the free report, once we know how many of your homes need registering.
