III · Red-Flag Review

If you would like to begin small: a fixed, short read on the building within two working days, credited in full against a Packet.

IV · Scope, in writing

What will be established, to what standard, by when, and at what fee, agreed before any work begins.

V · The Packet

Delivered signed, with the principal available to go through any grade in it.

Packet · to £10m

£10,000 plus 0.125% of the asking price.

Packet · above £10m

£7,500 plus 0.15% of the asking price, to a maximum of £75,000.

Complex assets

Up to 25% above, for multi-let, part-vacant or contaminated assets, or unregistered title.

Red-Flag Review

£1,500, credited in full against a Packet on the same asset.

Set by the asking price on the day of instruction, and never by the outcome. Payable on delivery of the Packet, not on completion of any purchase. The same for everyone: not quoted, not discounted, not negotiated.
