What is at stake
- Each home is its own link and password. There is no bulk upload.
- Your agency has 28 days to submit its part, or the home’s registration becomes inactive.
- Your agency is responsible for the accuracy of everything it submits.
- A landlord who breaks the register rules can be fined up to £7,000, and up to £40,000 for knowingly or recklessly giving false or misleading information.
Or we do it for you
We do your agency’s part for every home, and a register fee to your landlords pays for it.

The hours are at 20 to 25 minutes a home, the time letting agents took when they tested the register (Kamma, 2026), and a full-time week at 37.5 hours. The rules are from the GOV.UK guidance for letting agents, published 29 October 2026, and the fines from the government’s civil penalties guidance. The register covers England only.
